Galletta with strawberries and almonds cream

- 250gr white flour,
- 3 tablespoons sugar,
- 2 eggs and 1 yolk,

For the almonds cream
- 75 g softened butter,
- 75 grams of sugar
- 75 grams of almonds flour
- 1 egg
Fruit filling:
400 grams of strawberry, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of sugar
