Olive Leaves and Puttanesca sauce

Olive Leaves is a  green pasta shape made with semolina flour, water and arugula. It is shaped by hand, using only a butter knife.
The Puttanesca Sauce is a tasty sauce invented in Naples in the mid-20th century. Its ingredients include tomatoes, olive oil, olive, capers and garlic.

What’s in the Box:

  • 1kg of Semolina flour: Milled durum wheat semolina Marco Aurelio. This double-milled semolina, made in Umbria with Marco Aurelio variety of durum wheat, is excellent to prepare bread, pasta, pizza, cakes and pastry which are characterized by their intense taste and distinct aroma.
  • 250ml of Extravirgin Olive Oil produced in the Umbrian Farm. It is ar crafted from the olives of the Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Agogia and Raggiola varieties.
  • 400gr of organic peeled tomatoes produce in the region Emilia Romagna.
  • 18o grams Pitted Taggiasche olive in extra virgin olive oil.
  • 70 grams of Fillets of Anchovies of the Cantabrian Sea in organic olive oil
  • 100gr of Italian Cappers
  • 1 apron of Let’s Cook in Umbria


You will add the fresh ingredients: arugulaparsely, garlic and red pepper.
